This device uses a optically stimulated luminescent technology andexamines
the irradiated foods.
When a very small amount of mineral included in food is irradiated,it is
activated and emits the blue light by heating or light irradiation.
The judgement, irradiated or not to food, is possible
by measuring the amount of emitted light.
As the amount of signal changes by the exposure of the light of the sun,
the storing method affect on the signal.
So, it is most suitable to use this method as the
simple screening.
